Rude, not a single vegetarian dish

We wanted to stop by but were turned down extremely harshly by the boss. Franconian hospitality is actually known differently. Can't recommend it.

Very good Franconian food. There are also chicken with dumplings and vegetables and sometimes stuffed pigeons (on Sundays). The chop is one of the best in the entire area. Due to the quiet location, you can sit outside in front of the inn on warm days. Very good and fast service. The beer isn't a hit though.

Service very slow and unfriendly, I've never died of thirst in a brewery, that was the first. Jugs angelically dirty. I'm disappointed. What a shame ..... Unfortunately not possible ... 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Great inn with brewery. Here you feel typically Franconian. The landlord is a Franconian original as it is in the book. Here you can eat, drink and stay overnight. Always happy again! The Kühn family from the Spreewald

The beer is not my cup of tea, but a good really great Franconian meal.

Despite Saturday noon and covid19 regulations still got space. Crusty roast and beer good and plentiful, service friendly. It fits

Yesterday in the "to go" variant fetched bean beans and sauerbraten. I have to say 1a. This is how Franconian cuisine has to be. Hopefully after the "crisis" soon back on site. Thanks - keep it up :)

NOT suitable for dog owners. The boss mobbed dog owners although it was asked whether dogs are allowed in! Absolutely rude, rabble and insolent !!! Absolutely dog-unfriendly and not recommended!

Food and beer is very good, but what I think is even better is that the boss chats as much as he can. There should be 5 extra stars for this!

Really bad. Not worth it at all. The food was beyond terrible. My partner and I ordered 2 different foods. Both came soaked in the same horrendous watery out-of-the-bottle sauce. My "vegetables" were just a green porridge out of the deep-freezer fast-food pack. The potato Klossen were equally out of the supermarket fast-food pack. Additionally the waitress was quite unfriendly. The beer was ok but nothing special. In the end we went out with the certainty of Never Again. No idea how they have managed so many positive scores.

Stayed overnight here years ago, stopped in a couple times when in transit and have never managed to get a seat inside. Thankfully, the brewery next door is pretty good too. ;) At any rate, from the popularity, I imagine the food is great. I can say the beer certainly is.
